CarlsonSV is seeking an experienced Senior Audit Associate / Audit Senior – Agribusiness to join our Assurance team. This full-time public accounting role serves farmer cooperatives, grain elevators, and other agricultural organizations throughout western Minnesota and South Dakota and may be based in New Ulm or Plymouth, Minnesota, with hybrid work options available.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of public accounting audit experience and can lead financial statement audit engagements from planning and fieldwork through completion. You will work directly with agribusiness clients, manage engagement progress, prepare and review audit work papers, apply professional judgment to accounting and auditing matters, mentor less experienced team members, and contribute to high-quality assurance services.
