AP & Payroll Specialist

Target Compensation: $75,000
Location: Wilsonville, OR - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities for the AP & Payroll Specialist:

• Process weekly payroll for approximately 50 union employees

• Manage accounts payable and weekly check processing

• Maintain payroll and AP records within Viewpoint Spectrum ERP

• Partner closely with leadership to support accounting and administrative functions

• Assist with special projects and additional HR-related responsibilities over time

Qualifications for the AP & Payroll Specialist:

• Payroll experience, preferably including union and/or certified payroll

• Experience with Viewpoint Spectrum or similar construction accounting software

• Accounts payable processing experience

• Ability to work independently in a small, collaborative environment
