Monthly Pay: $8,700 - $9,900 USD per month
Summary:Billing platforms, ERP ledgers, case queues, and reporting dashboards anchor this full-time, fully remote Billing Process Consultant role supporting premium billing operations. You will assess workflows, reconcile exceptions, and advise partners on controls that strengthen invoice accuracy and account outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:- Map billing-system workflows, identifying handoffs, duplicate steps, and control gaps.
- Review invoices, premium payments, unapplied cash, and account exceptions; trace root causes.
- Analyze aging, payment trends, adjustments, and reconciliation results to recommend improvements.
- Partner with carrier, agency, finance, and service teams to resolve process issues.
- Build dashboards, workflow documentation, and test plans for billing-system updates.
- Associate-level experience in billing, accounts receivable, finance operations, or process consulting.
- Familiarity with invoice life cycles, payment posting, credits, and account reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of ERP, billing, ticketing, or reporting systems.
- Ability to interpret transaction data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Clear written communication for process notes, issue summaries, and stakeholder updates.
- Fully remote work arrangement within the United States.
