Our client is seeking an AR & Collections Specialist to help drive cash flow, strengthen customer relationships, and support the company’s continued growth.

- Manage accounts receivable activities and customer collections
- Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues
- Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payment status, and account inquiries
- Apply cash receipts and maintain accurate customer account records
- Reconcile customer accounts and identify outstanding issues
- Partner with internal departments to resolve billing and payment concerns
- Assist with reporting, account analysis, and collection performance tracking
- Support month-end activities related to accounts receivable
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections
- Strong understanding of aging reports, cash application, and account reconciliations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
