Client Accounting Manager
Location:
Fully Remote - USA
Job Type: Full-Time
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Client Accounting Manager to manage a portfolio of clients, including nonprofits and growing businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience managing client relationships.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple client accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee monthly financial closing and review financial statements.
- Lead client meetings and explain financial performance.
- Prepare financial reports for board meetings and audits.
- Manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning.
- Delegate accounting tasks and review team deliverables.
- Support new client onboarding and improve accounting processes.
- Experience in CAS, outsourced accounting, or fractional accounting.
- Strong Quick Books Online (QBO) expertise.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and guide team members.
- Nonprofit accounting experience is a plus.
- Must be eligible for US W2 employment.
- Must be available to work approximately 8 AM-3 PM Pacific Time.
