Position: Account Receivable (AR)

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Account Receivable (AR) role based in Abu Dhabi, with some flexibility for work from home. The AR specialist will manage customer invoicing, monitor accounts receivable ledgers, and track payment status. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and issuing invoices, reconciling accounts, following up on overdue payments, and coordinating debt collection activities in a professional manner. The role involves working closely with finance and operations teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and support month-end closing.

The AR specialist will also respond to customer inquiries, provide clear communication regarding payment terms, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review account data, identify discrepancies, and support accurate reporting.
Candidates should possess Finance-related skills, including understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
Candidates should possess Debt Collection skills to manage overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements respectfully and efficiently.
Candidates should possess Invoicing skills to prepare, issue, and track invoices with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with accounting or ERP software and Microsoft Excel is beneficial.
Relevant experience in accounts receivable, billing, or finance support roles is preferred.
A diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
