CarlsonSV is hiring a Senior Audit Associate / Audit Senior – Agribusiness to support its New Ulm or Plymouth, MN location. This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid or fully remote work environment for those who reside in Minnesota.
As a Senior Audit Associate / Audit Senior – Agribusiness
, you would be responsible for leading financial statement audit engagements from planning and fieldwork through completion for farmer cooperatives, grain elevators, and other agricultural organizations.

- Salary: $80,000-$100,000

- Manage timelines, audit work papers, open items, and communication with managers and partners
- Work with agribusiness clients to understand their operations, assess audit-related matters, and build trusted relationships
- Apply professional judgment, critical thinking, and auditing standards to resolve complex accounting and audit issues
- Identify opportunities to improve audit efficiency, strengthen processes, and enhance client service
- Mentor, train, and support less experienced audit team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
- 3+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Ability to travel primarily throughout western Minnesota
