Key Responsibilities:

Cash & cheque allocation for the UK.
Monthly statement run for the UK.
Maintenance of Cash with Order & Service & Maintenance ledgers, as well as order releasing for these areas.
Monitoring our group inbox and actioning where required.
Scanning for the department.
Adhoc tasks e.g. copy invoices, PODs, processing refund requests
Understand and comply with all relevant company policies.
Support for the Credit Controllers
Answering calls from internal colleagues and external customers
Supporting Credit Risk activities
