Location:
Fairfield, NJ (On-Site) with one work from home day a week on Wednesday
Reports to:
Accounting Manager
Compensation: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Obtains revenue and pays invoices by verifying and completing receivable transactions.

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and Vlookups
- Analyze, match, prepare invoices
- Data management and reconciliation
- Process payments
- Manage and organize Accounts receivables
- Assist in invoice processing and Data entry
- Degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Accounts Receivable in leu of degree
- Highly motivated, responsible, goal-oriented, and detail-oriented Excellent data entry and problem-solving skills
- Strong Work Ethic
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges
