Audit Specialist for an established accounting and auditing firm required in Bedfordview.
Salary: R25,000–R40,000 per month.
REQUIREMENTS- Completed and discharged SAICA articles.
- BCompt Accounting Science or equivalent, completed or nearing completion.
- CTA 1/2 completed, in progress or registering next semester/year.
- IAC/APC advantageous.
- Intermediate Caseware Working Papers and Excel essential.
- No Auditor-General work experience.
- Own transport and valid licence; preferably residing within 40 km or willing to relocate.
- Willing to travel to Johannesburg, Cape Town and KZN clients, approximately four trips yearly.
- Own laptop:
Windows 11 Pro 64-bit, 2 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, plus internet access.
Perform audits, independent reviews and financial statement compilations using IAS/IFRS, ISA, Caseware and Probe. Manage deadlines, time and budgets.
