Our close-knit team handles tax compliance, tax planning, accounting services, and business advisory work. This includes Partnership, S-Corporation, C-Corp, and Individual taxation. Role Description:

We're looking for self-motivated Tax Manager who wants to work at a small firm where they can have broad freedom to get work done. Want to work at an office where the firm owner is excited to hear about new tools and technology? Keep reading.

You must be able to prepare and review complex returns independently and be ready to mentor staff. You'll work on a wide range of business and individual clients, take part in planning projects, and get direct exposure to the firm owner and clients. If you want to grow toward a partner role without the bureaucracy of a large firm, this is it.

Work is hybrid 3-days in office, 2-days work from home. During tax season we are in the office 5 days a week.

Pay based on experience, happy to pay well for the right fit.

Qualifications

• Prepare complex partnership (1065), S corporation (1120-S), C corporation (1120), individual (1040) and multi-state returns.
• 6+ years of tax preparation experience in public accounting.
• Extensive working knowledge of Individual, Partnership, and S-Corporation returns.
• CPA license preferred, EA also accepted.
• Experience with Ultra Tax CS preferred.
