Financial Manager Accounting Payroll

As Financial Manager, you will execute accounting, payroll, tax filings, and financial reporting. You will prepare analysis leadership uses for decisions and planning. This hands-on position suits detail-oriented professionals who work independently and turn numbers into clear insights.

• Record transactions and maintain accruals and adjustments
• Prepare reconciliations, payroll entries, and tax returns
• Process payroll, variable pay, and statutory remittances
• Support month-end, quarter-end, year-end closings, and audits
• Prepare reports, models, forecasts, and variance analysis

• Degree in accounting
• Three or more years of relevant experience
• End-to-end payroll, month-end close, and general ledger reconciliation experience
• GST/QST returns, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and Sage Intacct experience
