Accounts Payable Specialist; Fully Remote

• Process and code vendor invoices, review bills for completeness, and pay vendors per policy.
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve disputes, and follow up on invoicing and payment status.
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting, maintain electronic files, and report irregularities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or accounts payable experience.
• Knowledge of basic accounting, ERP systems, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Self-starter capable of working remotely with excellent communication and organizational skills.
