Location: Jakarta Barat
Ocean Mantra Village is a hospitality and wellness retreat in Bima, NTB, Indonesia.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to handle payroll, fixed assets accounting, and coordination with our external tax consultants. The role requires strong Xero skills, knowledge of Indonesian accounting practices, and the ability to work independently.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage payroll calculations, processing, and accounting.
Maintain fixed asset records, including depreciation, in Xero.
Coordinate with our external tax team.
Review accounting records and ensure accuracy.
Support monthly closing and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly financial reports.
Requirements5+ years of accounting experience.
Strong practical knowledge of Xero.
Good understanding of Indonesian accounting and tax requirements.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Nice to HaveExperience in hospitality or tourism.
Experience with international companies.
