Remote client service and bookkeeping work define this full-time coordinator role with BBD Pest Services in Oakfield, Nova Scotia. Organize schedules, invoices, and payments.
As Client Services Coordinator, you will support homes, businesses, and housing communities across Atlantic Canada. The work combines client communication, Gorilla Desk scheduling, invoicing, payment reconciliation, and accounts receivable. You will also coordinate technician support and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer client calls and emails professionally
- Create job orders, estimates, and invoices
- Book technicians within 72 hours
- Reconcile payments and sync transactions to Quick Books
- Maintain current contracts and client files
- Two or more years in administration, client service, or bookkeeping
- Experience with invoicing, reconciliation, and accounts receivable
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear communication with frustrated clients
- Valid driver's licence and vehicle access
