Remote Junior Accountant Accounts Payable

Support Arc Beverage remotely with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and accurate transaction processing from the US or Canada. Align regular hours with Pacific Time.

As a Junior Accountant, you will support daily accounting activities under senior finance guidance. The work includes vendor invoices, employee expenses, reconciliations, and general ledger activities. You will help maintain complete records while following purchasing and approval procedures.

• Process vendor invoices, employee expenses, and credit card transactions
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules
• Maintain accurate, documented accounting records

• Accounting, finance, or related diploma or degree preferred
• Approximately one to three years of relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliations
• Working knowledge of Excel formulas, sorting, filtering, and lookups
• Availability for regular Pacific Time hours in US or Canada
