Rethink First is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our remote-first accounting and finance team, reporting to the Controller. This role supports month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and audits while ensuring GAAP compliance and internal control adherence.
Ideal candidates have an undergraduate accounting/finance degree with 2–3 years of experience, strong Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP), and prior ERP exposure (Sage Intacct). Excellent communication and multitasking abilities are essential.
