Salary : 120k-150k+ & Annual Bonuses + Profit Sharing + 401k Match

We are currently seeking an Audit Manager or Sr. Audit Manager with 5--7 years of public accounting experience to assist client engagements and help mentor our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values flexibility, professional growth, and work-life balance.

As an Audit Manager or Sr. Audit Manager
, you'll play a critical role in leading audits and reviews for different entities, particularly:

• Non For Profit
• For Profit
• Manufacturing
• Real Estate
• Healthcare
• Government/School districts

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading engagements from planning through completion
• Managing client communications and building long-term relationships
• Supervising and mentoring staff auditors
• Reviewing work papers and ensuring compliance with GAAP and GAAS
• Delivering a high level of client service with a consultative approach

• 3--6+ years of recent audit experience in public accounting
• Deep familiarity with listed industries
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and AICPA auditing standards
• CPA license preferred
• Experience with remote audit tools and comfort in a tech-enabled environment
