Remote Accounts Payable Specialist Cycle & Sage

Rethink First is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. This remote-first role handles full-cycle AP, invoices in Sage Intacct with precise GL coding, and month-end close support.

You’ll process employee expenses and corporate cards while maintaining AP controls and compliance. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years AP experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
