- Prepare and submit sponsor invoices based on trial agreements and payment milestones.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with sponsors to ensure timely collections.
- Reconcile payments and assist with monthly close journal entries.
- Perform QC reviews of research budgets within CRIO to align with contracts.
- Review contracts and payment terms to validate billing triggers and revenue expectations.
- Support account reconciliations, cash receipts, and financial transaction recording.
- Assist in month-end close and preparation of financial reports for leadership.
- Leverage automation and data analysis to improve revenue cycle workflows.
- Implement process improvements to reduce manual effort and enhance accuracy.
