Rethink First is hiring a Staff Accountant to join our accounting and finance team, reporting to the Controller. The role performs day-to-day accounting tasks, including bank reconciliations, and supports month-end close and audits.
You will investigate discrepancies, ensure GAAP compliance, and help prepare timely financial reports. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of accounting experience and an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, plus advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
