Lead consolidated reporting and IFRS accounting remotely as Corporate Controller, overseeing acquisition integration, intercompany management, and process improvement.
Reporting to the Portfolio CFO, this Corporate Controller leads five direct reports and supports portfolio-wide financial operations. The role covers management reporting, acquisition accounting, Net Suite and Blackline processes, and technical IFRS queries. It suits a qualified accountant with at least five years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee month-end deliverables from portfolio businesses
- Integrate acquired companies’ reporting, systems, and processes
- Review journal entries and account reconciliations
- Manage intercompany documentation, entries, and reconciliations
- Escalate and resolve technical IFRS accounting queries
- Qualified accountant with at least five years’ experience
- Solid audit experience, including large-firm experience potentially
- Strong technical accounting and acquisition accounting skills
- Confident Excel skills and attention to detail
- Flexible availability across time zones and occasional travel
