* Key Responsibilities:

*** Post client and insurance payments accurately and efficiently.
* Reconcile accounts and research payment variances to identify and resolve discrepancies.
* Enter and maintain financial information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Respond to account-related inquiries and provide professional, service-focused support.
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve payment and account issues.
* Organize financial records and manage multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines.
* Use Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and other financial tools to support daily cash-posting activities..
** Education, Experience, and/or Credential

Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or GED.
* Experience or knowledge of insurance billing and collection practices.
* Knowledge of electronic funds transfers (EFTs), explanations of benefits (EOBs), and basic medical and insurance terminology..

* Additional Qualifications:

*** Cash-posting or accounts-receivable experience preferred.
* Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding.
* Strong attention to detail, data-entry, communication, customer-service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
