Rethink First is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our accounting and finance team, reporting to the Controller. This role supports day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and external audits in a remote-first, national-capable environment.
The ideal candidate has an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance and 2–3 years of accounting experience, strong Excel (pivot/VLOOKUP), and experience with Sage Intacct. You will help ensure GAAP compliance and timely financial reporting.
