EY is seeking a Seasonal Senior Manager to provide tax guidance and consulting on tax accounting and planning. The role involves internal restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, GAAP/IFRS conversions, share-based compensation, restatements, and balance sheet remediation.
You will also assist with the tax provision process and review to improve efficiency and accuracy, while assessing tax risk and control environments including but not limited to SOX 404.
