Pentoz is seeking a highly skilled SAP CO (Controlling) Expert to manage and optimize cost structures, internal reporting, and profitability analysis across our dynamic, multi-sector business. You will play a key role in linking financial control to operational performance across departments and geographies.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and support core SAP CO modules
, including:
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Internal Orders (IO)
- Product Costing (PC)
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
- Activity-Based Costing (ABC)
- Align SAP CO with FI (Financial Accounting) for seamless actual vs. plan reporting
, budget monitoring
, and intercompany cost flows - Design and optimize cost allocation cycles
, variance analysis
, and real-time margin analysis across business units - Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Project Management to integrate costing logic into manufacturing
, services
, and logistics operations - Ensure compliance with corporate policies, tax regulations, and reporting standards
- 5+ years of experience in SAP CO module across implementation and support
- Expertise in cost planning
, budgeting
, overhead control
, and profitability reporting - Strong knowledge of product costing (standard, actual) and CO-PA (account-based or costing-based)
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4
HANA Finance and Fiori apps is a plus - Excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills to support business and financial leaders
