Rethink First is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our accounting and finance team, reporting to the Controller. This remote-first role focuses on day-to-day accounting activities and month-end close, ensuring GAAP-compliant, timely financial reporting.
You will collaborate with senior management and auditors to uphold internal controls and accurate financials. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems.
