Insurance Premium Auditor

GDD Associates, Inc. is hiring self-motivated Insurance Premium Auditors who want accounting-related work without being stuck at a desk.

Founded in 1977 by Joe Gowran, we are a nationwide provider of premium audit services. We’re looking for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy gathering critical data, reviewing business operations, and controlling their own schedule.

What you’ll do

• Visit businesses to meet with executives and accountants for physical audits
• Conduct virtual audits by phone and email
• Gather and enter data into our custom audit system
• Review and analyze business finances and operations
• Work independently

Ideal candidates include bookkeepers, accountants, insurance office staff, or anyone with strong attention to detail who prefers flexible field or remote work.

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills and fast, accurate typing
• Strong communication skills for meetings with business professionals
• Cell phone, computer/laptop, reliable internet, and printer
• Reliable vehicle (required for physical audits)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Compensation & classification

$40 per billable physical audit hour | $27–$35 per billable virtual audit hour | Independent contractor (1099)
