Our client is a well-established, boutique US expat tax firm seeking an experienced Senior US Tax Accountant (3+ years of expat tax experience) to join its team after an internal promotion.
This is primarily a US expat tax compliance role, focused on preparing and reviewing individual tax returns for Americans living overseas, with some US corporate tax work.
- Preparing and reviewing US expat tax returns (Form 1040), including Forms 1116, 2555, 8938, 8621, 8858, 5471, 8865, Schedules C and E, and FBARs.
- Handling a high volume of US individual tax returns, including complex international reporting requirements.
- Supporting the Tax Director and wider team, with the autonomy to manage your own workload and deadlines.
Previous US expat tax compliance experience is essential, including strong preparation and review skills across international tax forms.
