Remote AP Specialist Cycle Payables & Compliance

Rethink First is seeking an A/P Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. In this remote-first role, you will manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, enter invoices in Sage Intacct with precise GL coding, and support month-end close.

You will reconcile AP GL accounts, review employee expense reports and corporate card transactions, and serve as the go-to person for our procurement tool, ensuring compliant workflows and strong internal controls across the organization.
