Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced US Payroll Accountant with strong expertise in end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, US payroll, and client handling.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping.
- Process US payroll and ensure timely and accurate payroll administration.
- Handle payroll taxes, deductions, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Manage client communication and address accounting/payroll queries.
- Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable US accounting and payroll regulations.
- Strong experience in US accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll.
- Knowledge of US payroll taxes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent client-handling and communication skills.
- CPA qualification preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.
