Senior Auditor | Remote | Up to $3,000 net per month + annual bonus

We are an audit firm providing audit and assurance services to clients in the US and other international markets. We are expanding our international audit practice and looking for an experienced Senior Auditor to manage audit engagements, coordinate audit teams, and ensure high-quality delivery for international clients.

Location: 100% remote

Compensation: Up to $3,000 net per month

Annual bonus: Up to 20%, based on KPIs

English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

Employment type: FOP (Ukrainian individual entrepreneur)

Military reservation: Not available

• Manage a portfolio of audit engagements for US and international clients, from planning through completion.
• Plan resources, monitor deadlines, ensure audit quality, and maintain effective client communication.
• Coordinate audit teams, review their work, and support colleagues’ professional development.
• Address complex accounting matters under IFRS and provide practical recommendations to clients.
• Support client relationship management and business development.
• Independently perform audit procedures when required.

• 3+ years of experience in external audit at a professional audit firm.
• Strong practical knowledge of IFRS and the ability to manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating audit teams and engagements, reviewing audit work, and managing deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Confident written and spoken English, sufficient to independently lead client calls, prepare correspondence and reports, and discuss complex accounting matters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply the firm’s internal audit methodology and tools.

• A relevant degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• ACCA, ACA, CPA, or an equivalent professional qualification is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Experience with international audits and cross-border clients is highly desirable.
• Previous experience at a Big Four or Top 10 audit firm is a plus, but not essential.

The selection process consists of two interview stages:

1. Interview with the Audit Manager.

2. Interview with the Audit Director or Partner.
