AP Analyst

Title: Accounts Payable Analyst (Bilingual)

Location: Houston, TX (100% Remote)

Duration: 6+ Month Contract (Potential to Extend)

Compensation: $23.00–$27.00/hour

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Accounts Payable Analyst for a fully remote contract opportunity. This individual will support the North America Accounts Payable team with invoice processing, vendor management, payment reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on AP experience, proficiency with SAP, and strong analytical and communication skills. This role will also support the company's transition to SAP S/4

HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices using 3-way matching and accurately post non-PO invoices, with a target of approximately 45 invoices daily.
• Review and resolve invoice discrepancies, purchase order mismatches, and payment issues while ensuring compliance with internal accounting procedures.
• Manage vendor inquiries and AP mailboxes, ensuring timely responses, follow-up, and resolution of outstanding issues.
• Assist with vendor statement reconciliations, missing invoices, and customs broker invoice processing.
• Support payment runs, banking approvals, check processing, and payment documentation.
• Identify process gaps, recurring discrepancies, and opportunities to improve AP workflows and internal controls.
• Prepare accurate accrual reports and supporting documentation within established deadlines.
• Assist with new vendor setups, banking updates, and vendor data maintenance.
• Support SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation activities, including entity onboarding and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Procurement, Tax, Treasury, and Accounting, to resolve invoice and vendor-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established accounting policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Bilingual proficiency required.
• Minimum of 2 years of SAP experience within an Accounts Payable environment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, SUM functions, and data management.
• Experience with invoice processing, 3-way matching, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA or supporting ERP system transitions.
• Experience with vendor master data management and MDG platforms.
• Background supporting process improvement initiatives within an Accounts Payable function.
