Accounts Payable; AP) Clerk; Fully Remote

• Manage daily accounts payable activities and maintain accurate financial records as Array grows.
• Partner with the Accounting team to process payments, resolve discrepancies, and improve operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Enter vendor invoices into Ramp, including proper coding and routing for approvals.
• Maintain vendor records and coordinate with employees and vendors to collect documentation and address payment inquiries.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with audits and accounting requests.

What You Have:

• 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping.
• Experience processing and keying invoices, with an AP system like Ramp preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
