Senior Clerk, Accounts Payable; Fully Remote

• Support accounts payable operations across multiple hotel and corporate entities.
• Handle invoice verification, coding, payment processing, and supplier inquiries.

Work Setup &

Schedule:

• Work from home with Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time.
• Follow U.S. corporate holiday calendar.

Responsibilities:

• Process and review high-volume invoices, verify purchase orders and approvals, and assign accurate chart-of-accounts distributions.
• Maintain vendor master data, support payment runs, and reconcile vendor statements and AP aging.
• Coordinate with finance colleagues and resolve escalated supplier inquiries and tickets.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of accounts payable experience with ERP workflows.
• Strong Excel, analytics, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Nice to have:
  Yardi, vendor master setup, and payment run experience.
