Billing Specialist; SaaS Billing); Fully Remote

• Manage end-to-end billing operations: generate, review, issue, and modify invoices and subscriptions accurately and on schedule.
• Administer subscriptions and transactions: process adjustments, refunds, credits, tax exemptions, and payment applications in Net Suite and Zuora.
• Reconcile accounts and support AR processes: investigate discrepancies, compare payments against records, and ensure accurate follow-up and dunning notices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in billing or accounts receivable with hands-on SaaS billing experience.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS billing models, payment processing, and account reconciliation; proficiency in Net Suite, Zuora Suite Billing, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Competitive annual salary of CAD $55,000–$65,000.
