- Responsible for accurate and timely processing of supplier, subcontractor, and employee transactions.
- Maintains a reliable accounts payable ledger and prepares weekly payment runs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, verify details, and allocate costs across projects and departments.
- Monitor approval workflows and prepare payment proposals with due-date checks.
- Reconcile supplier statements and maintain supplier records.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Experience with end-to-end AP process and invoice verification.
- Good English communication skills and GST knowledge.
Work Arrangement:
- Work-from-home Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST.
