Audit Manager

Position: Audit Manager, Flexible working

My client is seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join the dynamic team. This client-facing role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about delivering high-quality audit services.

You will play a vital role in managing audit assignments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

What you will do:

Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion. Prepare financial statements and audit reports to review standard. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development. Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective audit strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and professional standards. Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and methodologies.

What you will have: ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of audit experience within an accountancy practice. Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
