Accounts Payable Clerk

Process supplier invoices and support finance operations as an Accounts Payable Clerk in Richmond, BC, with Fridays working from home.
Nature's Path Foods offers a one-year contract in its Finance category. You will manage invoice processing, expense allocation, vendor records, and month-end accruals. The position also involves Excel, ERP or accounting software, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Process an estimated 75 or more supplier invoice entries daily
Verify expense allocation to departments and general ledger accounts
Maintain vendor files and accurate historical records
Prepare scheduled cheque runs and required manual cheques
Investigate irregularities and respond to enquiries
Requirements:
Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related post-secondary degree preferred
Knowledge of general accounting functions
Intermediate Excel and technical competency

Experience with ERP or accounting software, preferably IFS
Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with accuracy
