We are an in‑office company, and our expectation is that full‑time employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. Applied Intuition is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Manager to own and scale our global accounts payable function as we continue to grow. Reporting to the Director of Accounting, you will oversee end‑to‑end procure‑to‑pay operations, employee expense and corporate card programs, and the systems and controls that support them. You'll lead and develop the AP team, partner cross‑functionally with key stakeholders, and drive automation and process improvements to build scalable, efficient operations.

This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity to shape and optimize a critical finance function in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

• Own and scale the end‑to‑end accounts payable (AP) and procure‑to‑pay process across global entities, from vendor onboarding and invoice processing through payment execution. Partner with Procurement, Legal, IT, FP&A, and business stakeholders to streamline workflows and support new entities, acquisitions, and integrations.

• Oversee corporate credit card and expense reimbursement programs, ensuring effective spend controls, policy compliance, accurate reconciliation, and timely reimbursements across entities and currencies.

• Lead, coach, and develop the AP team, establishing priorities, performance goals, and scalable processes to support continued business growth.

• Develop and maintain global AP policies, procedures, and internal controls, ensuring consistent practices, audit readiness, and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements in partnership with Tax and internal stakeholders.

• Own month-, quarter-, and year‑end AP close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, aging reviews, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

• Oversee vendor master data, payment operations, and vendor‑related inquiries and escalations. Partner with Procurement and business owners to execute negotiated payment terms, identify early‑payment discounts, and optimize working capital.

• Drive AP systems strategy, automation, and continuous process improvement across Net Suite, Zip, and expense management platforms. Establish KPIs to measure operational performance and lead system implementations, integrations, and enhancements from planning through adoption.
