Remote Tax Manager: Federal & M&A Advisory

Eisner Amper seeks a Manager to join our National Tax Office. You will conduct research and analysis of federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S and C corporations, timing issues, accounting methods and related matters.

Responsibilities include assisting with M&A tax structuring, drafting emails and memos, producing firm-wide alerts, and supporting trainings. The role offers training and mentorship with opportunities for advancement in a growing team.
