Accounts Receivable Specialist; Fully Remote

• Supports billing, payment processing, and account reconciliation for digital fitness and coaching services.
• Ensures reliable cash flow and accurate customer account records in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares and maintains customer invoices, monitors receivables aging, and follows up on outstanding payments.
• Records incoming payments, reconciles accounts, and resolves billing discrepancies promptly.
• Assists with month-end close, receivables reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of accounts receivable, billing, or cash application experience.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to work independently.
