Rethink First, a leader in behavioral health technology, is seeking an experienced AP Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. In this remote-first role, you will manage the full-cycle AP process, enter invoices in Sage Intacct, and ensure accurate GL coding.
You will also reconcile AP accounts, process employee expenses and corporate cards, support procurement tool workflows, and uphold internal controls. A 3–5 year AP background and advanced Excel skills are preferred.
