Support Specialist; Time & Attendance); Fully Remote

• Process, validate, and reconcile manual Excel and digital timesheets across different countries.
• Monitor critical payroll cut-offs and enter verified hours to support accurate payroll processing and invoicing.
• Maintain SOPs, map regional workflows, and support system and automation enhancements.

• Strong understanding of Time and Attendance rules and experience handling timesheets end-to-end.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume data with accuracy and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to guide customers, professionals, and managers.
