Process supplier invoices and support finance operations as an Accounts Payable Clerk in Richmond, BC, with Fridays working from home.
Nature's Path Foods offers a one-year contract in its Finance category. You will manage invoice processing, expense allocation, vendor records, and month-end accruals. The position also involves Excel, ERP or accounting software, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Process an estimated 75 or more supplier invoice entries daily
- Verify expense allocation to departments and general ledger accounts
- Maintain vendor files and accurate historical records
- Prepare scheduled cheque runs and required manual cheques
- Investigate irregularities and respond to enquiries
- Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related post-secondary degree preferred
- Knowledge of general accounting functions
- Intermediate Excel and technical competency
- Experience with ERP or accounting software, preferably IFS
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with accuracy
