U.S. Sales & Tax Senior Accountant; Fully Remote

• The U.S. Sales & Tax Senior Accountant supports the company's sales and use tax compliance and related indirect tax operations.
• This role prepares and reviews tax filings, coordinates third-party providers, maintains tax data and workflows, supports audits, and partners with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file sales and use tax returns, review online filings for errors, and manage third-party return preparation.
• Create and maintain Alteryx workflows, prepare tax-related journal entries, and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Manage business licenses, property tax filings, W-9 administration, exemption certificates, and sales and use tax audits.

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting US sales and use tax compliance, including return preparation or review.
• Proficiency with Alteryx workflows and strong Excel skills for validating large data sets.
• Effective coordination with internal stakeholders and third-party tax providers, with clear communication and attention to detail.
