Operating as both a fully functional operational accountant and a direct supervisor, this role exercises complete supervisory authority over four staff members—specifically one Accountant I (IHA-07560) and three Accounting Technician IIIs (IHA-07556, IHA-07557, IHA-07558 and IHA-07559)—and acts as the official full backup to the Payroll Manager to guarantee uninterrupted business continuity.
