We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Property Accountant – Multi-Location Bookkeeping & Bank Reconciliation to support the financial operations of a growing portfolio of manufactured housing communities. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records across 100+ property locations, performing bank reconciliations, processing bills and utility expenses, and reviewing financial statements to ensure accuracy and consistency.
The ideal candidate has solid bookkeeping experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial accounts independently. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing international team while developing your expertise in property and real estate accounting.
- Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid break;
Spring, TX
- Perform bank reconciliations for multiple property locations
- Download and input bills into the property management software system
- Handle utility bills that require separate processing and entry
- Review financial statements and reports for accuracy
- Prepare and send financial documents up the chain for management review
- Maintain accurate books for 100+ separate property locations
- Support the financial operations of manufactured housing communities
- 2-4 years of bookkeeping experience (above junior level)
- Experience with property management or real estate accounting preferred
- Familiarity with Rent Manager software is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with financial software and systems
- Experience with bank reconciliations and accounts management
- Managing financial records for 100+ separate property locations
