OVERVIEW OF

THE ROLE:

Senior Investment Accountant

Prepare and review monthly and quarterly investment accounting and reporting packages for STAT, GAAP, and IFRS reporting.
Lead Schedule D reporting and support NAIC regulatory filing requirements.
Analyze and reconcile complex investment transactions across diverse asset classes.
Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes, including variance analysis and management reporting.
Support audits, regulatory examinations, and special projects.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Senior Investment Accountant

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
4+ years of investment accounting, insurance accounting, public accounting, or related experience.
Strong knowledge of STAT, GAAP, and investment accounting principles.
Experience with Schedule D reporting and NAIC requirements preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
