Tax Senior | Glastonbury, CT | Hybrid | $100-125K + Bonus

• Hybrid schedule: Work from home every Monday and Friday, in the office Tuesday through Thursday

• Prepare and review individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns across a diverse client base
• Take on review responsibilities as you grow, including reviewing work from staff
• Handle tax planning and research projects
• Work directly with clients and partners, not buried three layers down
• Help develop and mentor junior team members

• 2-5 years of public accounting tax experience
• CPA, CPA candidate, or EA preferred (not required for the right person)
• Comfortable with both preparation and early-stage review
